Meet the Team

Our approach is simple: the nervous system coordinates everything.

At Arise Quiropráctica we work as a team with one shared goal: helping the body regain balance and its ability to adapt.

Each of us brings a different perspective and experience, but we are grounded in the same foundation: the Zone Technique.

It's not just about adjustments — it's about observing, understanding, and supporting the body through its process.

We believe in care that is personal, precise, and adapted to each individual.

Ayxa

"My name is Ayxa. I am passionate about overall wellbeing and movement. As a chiropractic assistant, my goal is to support each patient through every step of their journey, ensuring that every visit is comfortable, efficient and personalized.

I strongly believe that a healthy spine is the foundation of a full and active life, and it is a pleasure for me to be part of the Arise team, helping each patient reach their full physical potential."

Tom

"I'm Tom, originally from Belgium. I speak Dutch, English, Spanish and French. My passion for chiropractic began at the age of 9, and since then I have been receiving regular adjustments, just like the rest of my family.

Today, my mission is to help people transform their lives through chiropractic care, supporting families, athletes, and anyone seeking greater balance and wellbeing."

Toni

Toni is a chiropractor, teacher and clinical supervisor at the Barcelona College of Chiropractic (BCC), where he has also served as Head of Clinic. His approach is based on understanding the body as a system, working through the nervous system to help people regain balance and improve their ability to adapt.

After years of martial arts, his current passion is pushing his own limits through endurance sports and triathlon. Alongside his commitment to continuous learning, he values spending time with what matters most: his family.

His goal is clear: to help as many people as possible live without pain and with more freedom, enjoying a healthier life with fewer limitations.
